During the trip, Telecom Zehn specialists underwent specialized training in cybersecurity and corporate data protection under the guidance of leading industry experts. The delegation familiarized itself with modern technological solutions in passwordless authentication and secure data storage. The knowledge and hands-on experience gained are already being applied to strengthen the company’s internal information security systems.

Key Outcomes of the Trip

As a result of the visit, Telecom Zehn concluded a number of commercial and non-commercial agreements with South Korean partners:

 • Partnership with DualAuth. Telecom Zehn signed a cooperation agreement with the South Korean company DualAuth, a developer of mutual authentication and data protection solutions.

 • Membership in the Passwordless Alliance. Telecom Zehn joined the international Passwordless Alliance, which brings together organizations worldwide to promote passwordless authentication technologies based on the international standard ITU X.1280. The company became an official member of the alliance.

Directions for Further Cooperation

Under the agreements reached, the parties plan to implement the following initiatives:

 1. Educational events on Passwordless X1280 — conducting training programs in Tajikistan on the passwordless service, which is available free of charge for B2C online services worldwide.

 2. Training on medical data protection — organizing Protect Medical Data programs for the country’s healthcare institutions to raise the level of patient personal data protection.

 3. Localization of AutoPassword — implementing and localizing DualAuth’s AutoPassword product, including its integration into Telecom Zehn’s internal systems.

 4. Implementation of FilingBox and development of FilingCloud — deploying the FilingBox solution for secure corporate data storage, as well as developing the structure of the FilingCloud product (DualAuth) with consideration for local market specifics.

Significance of the Partnership

This partnership opens new opportunities for Telecom Zehn to develop cybersecurity services in Tajikistan and elevates the protection of the company’s and its customers’ data to an international level.

“Partnership with our South Korean colleagues is not only a technology exchange, but also a contribution to strengthening the digital security of the entire country,” the company noted.
